Private Advisory begins with a comprehensive intake and is customized around the individual, their priorities, and what they are navigating. Engagements carry a six-month minimum commitment, with the cadence, access, and structure designed around what will best support the work.
90-Day Check-in
A formal check-in at the 90-day mark to evaluate what's shifting, what's working, where the engagement may need to evolve, and whether the partnership continues to be valuable for both sides.
Extended Team Scope
Private Advisory may begin with an individual leader and expand to include customized Agreement Method™ work, leadership development, alignment sessions, or advisory support for their team or organization.
